Aveline is an adept warrior and uses the sword and shield like a finely tuned instrument; she is a strong asset for your party if you can avoid putting her next to Merrill. This companion can not be romanced in Dragon Age 2.
Her high-spirited nature and lust for life inject an infectious sense of adventure into your journey through Thedas. Whilst her love for treasure may sometimes lead her astray, there’s much more to this pirate queen than initially meets the eye.
Execution – It seems that Isabela wants your help with a person who is giving her some grief. Go to Hightown to meet her and you will be ambushed. When you have killed all the enemies loot Hayder’s body to find a letter. This will lead you to the Chantry and another battle.
Vencedor with all other companions, you must flirt with her, give her her gifts, and flirt with her where possible. to complete the romance with Isabela you need to make sure she returns after her brief disappearance.
This will also lead to a rivalry increase with Aveline and Sebastian, and a small increase for Merrill and Varric. If you do not want to lose Fenris then you will have to fight. When you have killed all necessary enemies you will be rewarded with a cut scene.
Secondly, I’m aware I took some creative liberties and changed up the look for some people. It’s totally fine if you don’t like it.. just don’t download it. :)
I have my own favourites within this elite group, namely Anders and Fenris. I know that Anders is a controversial choice because he essentially lights the fuse that triggers DA: Inquisition
You must reach 100% friendship or rivalry before the final quest or Fenris will leave the party after the fall of the Chantry.
Isabela is an optional companion you can acquire when completing the Fools Rush In quest. She has a minor clash with Aveline that shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Being a Rogue, she wields daggers that deal damage swiftly.
Execution – You need to take down the enemies that ambush you and Fenris will ask you to go with him contact me to find Hadriana. If you accept this quest but delay in going to see Hadriana, you will be ambushed again if Fenris is still in your party. If Fenris is not in your party and you take too long to get around to contact me this quest, eventually pop up and confront you, resulting in him leaving the party. Taking too long to find Hadriana will also result in an increased rivalry with Fenris.
The Fall 2024 launch of BioWare's long-awaited fantasy RPG, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, is only a few months away, and the game is bringing a number of changes to the Dragon Age formula--including a reduction in the level of control players have over companions in combat.
Friendship or rivalry does not affect romance availability, only the context of the relationship. While most Flirts initially produce friendship points, advancing the companion to rivalry will at least prevent those friendship points if not provide rivalry instead.
Execution – You must go to Lowtown during the night to meet with a contact, Anso. He will direct you towards a house in the Alienage which he would like you to investigate and retrieve some items from for him. Whne you get to the house you will be attacked. Kill your assailants and search the chest shown on your map. You will find it is empty and agree amongst your party to contact me return to Anso and tell him. Before you get very far you will be attacked again and realise this is a setup.
Despite the fact that some version of Dragon Age 4 was floating around the minds of BioWare employees for a decade, the game's main anchor was always firmly in place.
